International delivery
We are excited to announce that that we currently offer shipping within North America, we are actively working on expanding our services to include international shipping. We understand the demand from our international customers and are committed to making our products available worldwide as soon as we can.
Returns policy
At this time, Whimsi Athletic Apparel does not allow refunds or exchanges. Prior to purchasing, please be sure to refer to the provided size chart and select the correct size when checking out. If you receive the incorrect item, OR if the item you purchase is defective, you do have the option to request a refund and or exchange the item.
How to Track My Order
After making purchase, customer will receive an email/notification with your tracking number once the order is shipped.
Customer will click the link in the shipping confirmation or log into your account on the brand’s website to access tracking details.
Alternatively, enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx) for updates.

We currently ship within North America. We are working towards offering international shipping in the future. Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by filling out our refund and exchange request form
